Can I apply your patches to any type of fabric?
Our iron-on patches work best on cotton, polyester, and denim. For leather, nylon, or waterproof fabrics, we recommend sewing the patches on to ensure a permanent and secure hold.
What is the difference between 75% and 100% embroidery?
75% embroidery uses a colored twill backing as the background with thread patterns on top, while 100% embroidery means the entire surface of the patch is covered in thread for a premium, textured feel.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our quality patches worldwide. International delivery times usually range from 7 to 21 business days depending on the destination and local customs processing.
What is your return policy for custom designs?
Because custom patches are manufactured to your specific requirements, they are non-refundable. However, if there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, we will replace them free of charge.
Are your patches machine washable?
Yes, our patches are made with high-quality, colorfast threads. We recommend washing garments inside out on a cold cycle and air drying to preserve the adhesive and thread integrity.
